The room we booked was reasonably large with a pull out couch as well as private rooftop hot tub, overall the experience was such great! The breakfast at the restaurant was particularly nice.

The location was GREAT, close to the beach. On top of that, bars and restaurants were next to the property. I thoroughly enjoyed the room with private rooftop hot tub. A microwave, tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge were very handy.

Located amidst lush jungle surroundings, this hotel offers a unique and immersive experience. Guests can enjoy spotting wildlife such as Spider monkeys and iguanas on the expansive property. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great balconies offering beautiful views. The buffet restaurant serves excellent food with outstanding service. The beach is clean and provides plenty of seating areas for relaxation.

Ants in the rooms can be an issue.

Very nice complex, very well maintained and extensive, with different pools, sports facilities, own beach and even own small jungle.

There are no alternative restaurants in the surrounding area (outside the complex), you are bound to the many different but high-priced restaurants in the complex. If you want to eat outside you have to take a taxi.

Location: the hotel was just off all the restaurants, the main square and the airport. Everything was beautiful, but a few employees were a bit rude. The a double room room was included with a pull out couch and private rooftop hot tub, for instance.

Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the brassiere, and have the option of dining at the Italian restaurant. The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the facilities, such as the private pools and the infinity pool at the beach, add to the overall luxury experience.

Some guests experienced issues with the power outage upon arrival, which affected their initial experience and comfort.

Food was awesome and I have nothing but great memories from this trip. Everything was perfect during 6 days, truly enjoyed its particularly good and marvellous location near to the main square, the restaurants, and Playa del Carmen itself. The staff from start to finish were nice and really kind.

Marvellous location with a stunningly beautiful view of garden. And a 15-minute walk from Xcalacoco. Spectacular service, parking outside. No charge for wake up service and ironing too. Great stay, as always.

Loved Playa del Carmen, the hotel was rare close to the beach. The location was marvellous and unbeatable, very close to The Fives. There was La Brasserie feet from the venue. The rooms were large with a mini-bar, satellite TV, and climate control. We had incredibly beautiful view of garden.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was perfect, with the beach just a short walk away. We loved being so close to the jungle and seeing monkeys and coatis during our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and our room was spacious and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with multiple pools to choose from, including quieter ones for relaxation and more lively ones for fun. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would definitely come back if we were in the area again, especially since it's only a short 14-minute ride from the airport.

The location was unbeatable, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Grand Coral Golf Riviera Maya. It took us 15 minutes to drive to this luxury and rare accommodation from the airport. The food was good with a lot of alternatives.
